So here we go again......Buchler not only stole money from the global reinsurance Industry, but defrauded HMRC by claiming to be a non-Dom and now tries to evade liability entirely by appointing a couple of cover-up stooges including a Director of The Insolvency Service.
In the matter of DB Consultants Ltd (in Members Voluntary liquidation)
Sole shareholder and Director: David Julian Buchler
High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) England & Wales
Ref: CR-2024-005348 DB Consultants Ltd (in liquidation)
Date of appointment of Liquidator: 19 July 2024
Liquidator: Joanne Elizabith Milner (no:8761) - Buchler's sole business partner
Anyone bothered to read the Insolvency Code of Ethics?
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/insolvency-practitioner-code-of-ethics
Certainly not those two reprobates or their registered Solicitor - Frances Elaine Coulson of Wedlake Bell llp who is a Director of The Insolvency Service that is in charge of regulating Buchler and Milner.
Yep.. that is the same Frances Coulson who confirmed in writing that following Judge Stephen Baister's public pronouncement that Judges (my words) "always try to help Insolvency Practitioners", she had heard many other Judges make similar statements - her written evidence is available from the URL links in my 3rd Witness Statement.
- Milner values all claims against her sole partner Buchler and his company at £NIL
- Applications to High Court to reverse that decision and remove Milner.

Skeleton Arguments
Hardy: Claims to (1) remove Liquidator and (2) Reverse decision to value proofs of Debt at NIL
Milner/Buchler: Applications to Strike-out
Witness statements: 3 by Hardy, 1 by Milner
(including decisions of Judicial Conduct Investigation Office and Ombudsman contained in Hardy 3rd))
Result of Court hearing: Everything "Rolled over" to already listed 15 minute directions hearing on 12 February 2025 and Hardy to the factual and legal basis of his claims (not those of Petrosurance) that are provable in the liquidation that are either vested in Trustee or remain Hardy's claims.
